I have always loved Japanese food and was very excited to take a course on how to prepare sushi. All my expectations were met. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Our chef/teacher was so nice and taught us how to make a variety of sushi pieces and they even looked pretty good.

The instructor/chef was really great and the staff assistants were really friendly and helpful. I expected everyone to have their own workstation to create the recipes ourselves, but instead you mostly watch a demonstration. We did do some group things like chop spring onions and roll sushi. I would have liked it more if we were more hands on though. The food advice was very knowledgeable and useful. The setting is really nice and I would try another class.
