The Cirque du Soleil's performances were always pretty abstract, until they developed Kà. This incredible feat of theatre tells the story of imperial twins separated in the prime of their youth, who must undergo a rite of passage on their journey to self-discovery.

But if you know anything about the Cirque, you know it's not as simple as that! Even before the performance, you'll be immersed in the experience as performers appear in the lobby and to both sides of the stage. And once you're inside and the story begins, you won't believe your eyes. Why?

Because there's no floor.

The entire performance takes place on platforms in the air, above a pit, which create a vertical space 15 storeys high! More than 80 performers take to this unbelievable stage and use a mix of acrobatics, Chinese opera, aerial straps, Wushu martial arts, complex automation, Poi, swing poles, pyrotechnics, Copeira dance, bungees, puppetry and even a wheel of death to tell the story!

With a 57-piece orchestra and a choir of more than 50 voices in the wings, this isn't just theatre. It's an experience you'll never forget.
