Our fun two-part class teaches you everything you need to know about making beautiful, professional cake pops. Learn the mixing tricks to make a moist, firm cake interior, how to shape the mix, how to ice the outside, and get loads of ideas for decorating them to make your designs totally unique!

The first class concentrates on creating the cake interior, including chocolate, vanilla, champagne truffles, and other flavors. The second session teaches you how to decorate your cake pops, as well as how to display them beautifully for different occasions.

  • The price covers the cost of the entire two-session course. Both classes start at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evenings.
  • A liability release waiver must be completed and a parent / guardian must sign if the participant is under the age of 18 years. Minimum age to participate in this class is 12 years

What a fantastic day! Originally the class was booked for my daughter but since she couldn’t go I decided to take her place and I am so glad I did. When Jason came down and got us we instantly knew the 8 of us were in for some fun and he did not disappoint. He said he knew we would be a rowdy bunch and kept us busy but laughing and having a good time. He is very quick witted and we thought he was just brilliant, a real gem. He taught us so much in a short time and in such a fun learning environment. It just goes to show that you are never to old to learn. Looking forward to the next class

My friends gave me this for my birthday and I loved it. The chef was great and we had a lot of fun chatting with each other while learning. We were shown several examples of what to do and then left to our own devices to create what ever we chose. Decorating the pop cakes was the best part and they were very tasty. I could eat a whole dozen of them!
