The seabreacher looks like a shark, accelerates like a sports car, and pilots like a fighter plane. It’s the most advanced submersible watercraft around, and Miami is one of only three places in the world to experience this adrenaline-pumping water ride.

Activity Highlights

  • Extreme aquatic thrill ride experience
  • Dive 6 feet (2 meters) under water
  • Jump 18 feet (6 meters) out of the water
  • Reach 55 mph (80 kph) across the water
  • 25 mph (40 kph) under the water
  • Turn tight donuts and 90-degree side rolls

The seabreacher combines the hydrodynamics of a dolphin with the thrust of a powerboat to deliver an incredible aquatic experience like nothing you’ve seen before.

Also called a shark boat or dolphin boat, this amazing craft can reach speeds of up to 55 mph across the surface of the water. In the hands of our experienced pilot, it can turn 90-degree angles and spin donuts as if you were in a fighter plane. The craft’s low centre of gravity makes it completely safe, even when your heart’s pounding with excitement.

But that’s just the start… watch through the F-16 fighter-grade cockpit glass as the vessel noses down and dives underwater. You’ll feel like James Bond as you dive down to 6 feet deep at high speed, then nose up and jump the entire length of the seabreacher – all 18 feet of it – out of the water!

Sit back and relish the fantastic speed and thrilling g-forces as our expert pilot throws this state-of-the-art machine around the water, for an experience you’ll never forget.

Other info

How fast can it go?

The seabreacher is capable of reaching speeds of 55 mph on the surface, and 25 mph underwater.

How deep can it dive?

The seabreacher is a semi-submersible that is positively buoyant, and the engine needs a consistent flow of air to breathe. This means that the craft needs masses of speed to go underwater. We can travel at depths of 5-6 feet for brief durations, then use the vessel’s natural buoyancy to rocket up from the surface!

Can it sink?

No. The seabreacher’s hull is so buoyant that it will always float and stay level, even if you filled the cockpit and engine bay with water. The cockpit can only fill to waist level, anyway, so any water can be easily pumped out.

Is there a way to escape from the inside if necessary?

Yes. Just like a fighter plane, there are handles and emergency pull-pins on both the outside and inside of the boat, so it can always be opened. Our staff is well trained in accomplishing this task quickly, safely and without panic.

Can it capsize? What’s the maximum degree of rotation?

If the canopy is open and the machine rolls over, it is possible to capsize the vessel. However, the seabreacher is a very stable craft and will right itself. With the canopy closed, the seabreacher can be rolled over and over, as much as you like!

Can it operate in the ocean or surf?

Seabreachers are designed to operate in salt water as well as fresh water, and are built to handle moderate ocean conditions.

Does it leak?

Both the cockpit and engine bay have inflatable aircraft seals that keep them 100% watertight. If the seals aren’t inflated, some water can leak in and be quickly pumped out by the automatic bilge pumps.

Will I feel scared or claustrophobic?

Just like a sports car, the seabreacher offers an enormous range of experiences. You can enjoy the thrill of speed without the aquabatics, or you can choose the most extreme ride possible – just let us known what suits you!

Even when the cockpit is closed, the seabreacher still feels quite open, thanks to the large panoramic canopy and view ports. If you are very claustrophobic, it is possible to operate the seabreacher at full speed with the canopy open. Diving with the canopy open is not possible.

Is it air conditioned?

No. Cockpit conditions do get quite hot during the ride, so we open the canopy several times to ensure you are comfortable. The seabreacher is equipped with a vent fan that maintains constant air circulation throughout the experience as well.

Will I get wet?

Yes. You don’t have to get completely soaked, but since this is an aquatic thrill-ride experience, we encourage you to get a good dousing! Your pilot will open the cockpit canopy periodically to allow fresh air in, which is always accompanied by water. However, they can adjust the canopy at your request, so that you just get a light mist or a full-on refreshing cooldown!
